Cold clouds are currently sighted over Borno,Adamawa,Yobe,Jigawa and Gombe states.These clouds are expected to give thunderstorms accompanied with rains which can lead to flooding over the Federal Capital Territory,Kogi,Niger ,Gombe, Plateau,Bauchi,Kano and Katsina States.
Instruction:
